Breakfast & Dining

Mornings at the hotel are unhurried. Breakfast is served daily and can be taken in the dining room or brought to the room, and the table is set with local breads, Moroccan pastries, fruit and hot coffee alongside the wider spread. Nothing about it is theatrical; it is simply a good start to a day in Rabat.

A breakfast that suits the day ahead

Guests arrive at different speeds. Some head straight for the station with a coffee in hand, others ease into a slow walk towards the Medina and take the long version of the morning. Breakfast is arranged so both are possible at the same hour without anyone feeling rushed or held up.

The buffet covers the quick version. For everything else, the kitchen prepares continental, full English/Irish, vegetarian and halal plates, and fruit stays available through the morning for anyone drifting down late.

How breakfast is served

The same service covers several formats, so travellers on very different schedules can share one dining room without compromise. Ask at the desk the night before if you need to leave especially early.

Continental
Breads, pastries, fruit and coffee for guests who want something light before heading towards the station or the esplanade.
Full English / Irish
A hot plate for longer mornings, and the usual choice before a full day of walking across the capital.
Vegetarian
Meat-free options are prepared alongside the rest of the service; mention it when you sit down and the kitchen will arrange it.
Halal
Halal breakfast is available every morning, prepared as part of the standard service rather than on request only.
Buffet
The buffet lets guests take what they need quickly, which suits early departures and travellers keeping to a train time.
Breakfast in the room
Breakfast can be brought upstairs when an early start or a late night makes the dining room less appealing.

The restaurant on site

The hotel has one restaurant, serving international cuisine. It is a practical comfort in a city where evenings can run long: after a day between Hassan Tower, the Kasbah of the Udayas and the avenues in between, a meal downstairs saves the search for somewhere else and the walk back afterwards.

A snack bar is also available for lighter moments during the day, which helps when lunch falls at an odd hour or a long afternoon out ends earlier than planned. For anything specific, including dietary requirements, the front desk is the best place to ask.
